Overview

Meerax Labs is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect as little data as possible — and only what is needed to make our apps work.

Information We Collect

  • Location data — Used only while the app is open to show your position on-screen. Never stored or transmitted to any server.
  • Crash reports — Anonymous diagnostic data via Apple’s standard crash reporting, used to fix bugs.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information.

What We Don’t Do

  • We do not require account registration.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  • We do not run advertising or track you across apps.

Third-Party Services

Apps may display maps and data from Apple Maps and the Nova Scotia government’s ArcGIS service. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Storage

All data our apps save (bookmarks, field notes, settings, cached map data) is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all local data.
